- The Swabwheels Diagnostics & Medical Services was established in 2022 to fulfill the idea of building a medical laboratory to serve the Filipino with the fast and most reliable services, and to move along with the company’s philosophy of being Socially Responsible and Service Oriented to helping the public in achieving a better health physically, mentally and emotionally. The company started initially with Swab Wheels OnThe Go Medical Services as one of the first third party service provider for COVID-19 tests in the early days of the COVID-19 Pandemic in June 2020, it then evolved as the SDMS or the Swabwheels Diagnostics & Medical Services that we are today.
